Our advanced ice tanks are stocked with ice, maintaining a precise temperature between true zero degrees Celsius and minus 0.4 degrees, for a truly refreshing and effective cold therapy session. Your group will start with a comprehensive instructional talk, where you'll learn about the benefits and techniques of cold exposure. Our expert coaches, the most trained in cold therapy and hypothermia management in the UK, will lead your group through the ice bath session with tailored guidance and support. Following the session, our expert aftercare ensures everyone warms up safely and comfortably, leaving you all feeling revitalised. You can bring snacks/drinks and choose your own music to enhance the party atmosphere. Perfect for team building, corporate events, or social gatherings, this experience combines wellness with teamwork, camaraderie and shared achievement.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To provide fair and efficient service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for changes made within 24 hours: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel to avoid incurring the cancellation fee. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, a rescheduling fee of £5 may apply. We will do our best to accommodate your request for a new appointment time, subject to availability. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unavoidable situations may occur. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will consider waiving the cancellation or rescheduling fees on a case-by-case basis.
