Come join us for our BIG NIGHT IN at the Polar Bear HQ. Make sure to bring a towel and warm clothes for after the ice bath. 

Friday is our Family night at Luss, Loch Lomond. Arrive from 7pm at the beach on the let hand side of the pier and we head into the water at 8pm. Bring a camping chair and chill out with us after a dip in Loch Lomond.
